We've been using this megaphone for a couple weeks now at our soccer games and I have to say it's a huge improvement over our previous megaphones. This thing actually holds up and is louder than I was expecting. It's nice to be surprised in a good way.

This is a great megaphone AS LONG AS the batteries are brand new. If used for longer than 5 minutes, you might as well put it down, and cup your hands around your mouth because no one can hear it. It could be a great product if it weren't for the HUGE battery drain. I wouldn't buy another one.

I purchased this for outdoor events such as the famiy/class reunion picnics held every year. Right out of the box it is sturdy and loud. It's not police grade but it will get the job done for family or neighborhood events.
