We needed a manual air pump to inflate the air mattress for our camping trip. This works ok, but I wished I had a battery pump instead. This foot pump was not for large inflatable mattress.

The pump works well and will give your legs a work out. I inflated a large pool and a small bounce house with it. It also works great to suck air back out, (that helps avoid mold). I have no complaints on the pump.

Bought this to use for our twin air mattresses. Took a little time to step-step-step, but it did its job just fine. If you want to invest in a loud, machine pump, then go ahead and save yourself five minutes. But if you want a simple, manual one that you can use for other miscellaneous items that need pumping, which will be necessary if you have kids (e.g. bikes, floats, inflatables, etc.), then I think this is just right.
