Asked customer service if they can send the rest of the 24 card holders missing from the order since it's an incomplete order. They agreed that the picture on the set shows a set of 25 card holders and, therefore, it was a shipment processing error on their part, but they would only do a full refund or exchange. I opted for the full refund since there's no guarantee that the next shipment would be a complete 25 set, and so I had to take the extra inconvenient step to send it back.These are solid card holders, but because of the shipment processing error, $25-$40 for one single card holder is so obviously and glaringly wrong. 5 stars for the card holder, 0 stars for the shipment processing error, and -1 star for the inconvenience. At the time of my purchase it was on sale and priced under $30. I was excited for the deal because Ultra Pro has held a long standing reputation of being of the best providers of encasings and holders for baseball cards & memorabilia. The only problem in this situation was the shipment contained only a single card holder. Luckily with Amazon's excellent customer service I never even had to call in to an 800-line. I went into my order online and was able to connect with a live representative in a chat to discuss my complaint. The next day I shipped back the single card holder with a prepaid shipping label forwarded by email and within two weeks I received the full order in perfect condition (as shown). Read more  Beware of the title, By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Ultra Pro Magnetic 1-Touch UV Protected Card Holder 130pt (25 Pack Display) (Sports) With a title like "Ultra Pro Magnetic 1-Touch UV Protected Card Holder 130pt (25 Pack Display)", a logical buyer would think that means that he or she will receive 25 individual card holders. Afterall, the item is listed for $39 (depending on what the daily sale is) and a person would never in their wildest dreams pay that much for just ONE card holder. However, that is exactly what you get if you buy this item: ONE card holder. Hopefully this is just a glitch that Amazon will fix, although I have seen other reviews of some of the other Ultra Pro holders offered by Amazon with the same result. When I called Amazon to return the ONE card holder and complain about this listing, I was told that only ONE card holder was sent because the item was out-of-stock. I sure hope that the Sale Representative I spoke with was just confused, because I would hate to think that Amazon would knowingly send a person just ONE card holder (worth about $2) for the price of 25 card holders and think...
